## The problem
The default shell is `[“/bin/sh”, “-c”]`, which doesn't handle pipe fails when chaining commands.
## The fix
To process errors when using pipes use this :
```sh
SHELL ["/bin/bash", "-eux", "-o", "pipefail", "-c"]
```
